What Christina Olivia Is

Christina Olivia is a place to plan your wedding: your guests, budget, vendors, checklist, invitations, seating and more. It’s a planning tool. Always confirm important details, like dates, prices and bookings, with your venue and vendors directly.

Your Account

• You need to be 18 or older to create an account.
• Give your real email address and keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.
• A wedding can be planned by two people. Your partner joins with an invite code you give them; once they’ve joined, you’re both equal and can see and change everything except each other’s vows (and, if one of you plans a surprise honeymoon, its details).

The Free Trial And Paying

• Every wedding starts with a free trial of 21 days, with everything included. It belongs to the wedding, so a partner who joins later doesn’t start a new one.
• After that, a plan costs the price shown on our website when you buy it. Sales tax or VAT may be added depending on where you live. One plan covers the wedding, for both of you.
• If you need more time, you can add a top-up to a plan you’ve already paid for, at the price shown when you buy it. A top-up is a one-off payment and doesn’t renew.
• Payments are handled by our payment provider, which acts as the seller and appears on your statement. We never see your card details.
• A plan renews automatically at the end of each period you’ve paid for, until you cancel.
• If we change our prices, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before the change affects you, so you can cancel first if you’d rather not continue.

If The Trial Ends Or Payments Stop

Nothing is deleted. Your wedding is paused: you can still see your dashboard, download your information and delete your account in the app, and choosing a plan opens everything again, just as you left it.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Your plan then stops renewing, and you keep everything until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Whether you can get money back is in our refund policy.

What You Put In

• Your plans, photos and words are yours. You allow us to store them and show them to you and your partner, which is what we need to run the service. We don’t use them for anything else.
• When you add your guests’ details, you confirm you’re allowed to share them with us for planning your wedding. How we look after them is in our privacy policy.
• Only upload photos you have the right to use.

Using It Fairly

Please don’t use Christina Olivia for anything unlawful, harmful or abusive, try to get into other people’s accounts, interfere with how the service runs, or resell it. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why unless the law stops us.

Keeping It Running

We work to keep Christina Olivia available and your information safe, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features; if we ever remove something important you’re paying for, we’ll tell you in advance.

Responsibility

As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect losses, or for decisions made using the planning tools (for example, a vendor you booked or a date you entered), and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.

Ending

You can delete your account in the app at any time. That permanently deletes your information; if your partner is still planning the wedding, the wedding stays with them, and when the last person leaves, it’s deleted too.

Changes To These Terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the law of South Africa; if you’re a consumer, you also keep the protections of the law where you live.
