What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. Your wedding is paused: you can still see your dashboard, download what you’ve entered and delete your account from Settings. Choosing a plan opens everything again, just as you left it.
Do we both need a plan?
No. One plan covers the wedding, and both of you plan it. Your partner joins with a code you give them.
What if our wedding is more than a year away?
Add a six-month top-up to your yearly plan when the time comes. It’s a one-off payment and doesn’t renew.
Can we cancel?
Any time. Your plan stops renewing and you keep everything until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Whether money already paid comes back depends on where you live; see the refund policy.
Will the price change?
If it does, you’ll hear from us at least 30 days before it affects you, so you can cancel first if you’d rather not continue.
