Everything, in the order you’ll need it.

Your dashboard groups the whole wedding into five parts, with the two of you in the middle. Open one and its pages branch out. Here is what’s inside each.

Guests

Who’s coming, where they sit, and what they receive in the post.

  • Guest list

Every guest with their reply, meal, plus-one and notes. Groups you colour yourself, a reply tally and an RSVP deadline, invite tiers for when the list is over target, and filters that find anyone in a second.

Export it four ways as a spreadsheet: everything, for the caterer, for invitations, for the venue.

  • Seating chart

A drawn plan of your reception with round, long and sweetheart tables, guests in specific chairs, meals counted per table and warnings when a family is split up.

Add the dance floor, bar, cake and band, then hand the venue a plan to print. Any event with its own guest list gets its own plan.

  • Invitations

The invitation, save-the-date, details card and each event’s own invitation, in five designs and four paper sizes, worded from your wedding and freely editable.

Download a print-ready PDF at the paper’s real size, or an image to send by message.

    Free-form design, coming soon
  • Guest accommodation

When your venue offers rooms, a simple list of who needs one, plus-ones included.

Money & bookings

What it costs, who’s paying, and who you’re booking.

  • Budget

Your budget is the sum of who’s contributing, so it can never drift from reality. Thirteen starter categories hold line items with estimates, actuals, what’s paid and when the rest is due.

One bar shows committed against paid; anything late or due soon reaches your dashboard.

  • Vendors

Several candidates per category, their quotes side by side with the lowest tagged. Book one and the others step aside. A booked vendor links straight to its line on the budget.

  • Appointments

Tastings, venue visits, trials and fittings in one list, with who’s going. Afterwards, how it went, star ratings for what you tasted, a follow-up that nags you until it’s done, and “book them” from right there.

Look & style

The people standing with you, what everyone wears, and the look you’re after.

  • Wedding party

Bridesmaids, groomsmen, flower girls and ring bearers, with their roles and contact details, ready for attire and appointments to hang off.

  • Attire

Each person’s outfit with its size, status from “not started” to “ready”, fitting dates, and links to the vendor and the budget line it belongs to.

  • Inspo board

Your wedding vision at the top: ranked priorities, must-haves and nice-to-haves, the style and the guest experience in your own words. Below it, a pinboard of your photos and saved links, and a colour palette.

Your photos stay private, and they’re there to drop onto your invitations.

Planning

What to do, when, and everything you’ve decided along the way.

  • Checklist

Twenty-nine starter tasks across phases from a year out to after the wedding, legal steps included. Due dates work themselves out from your wedding date and move when it moves; dates you type stay put.

  • Timeline

Every dated thing, month by month, from today to the day: payments, fittings, reply deadlines, events and tasks, each ending in a countdown or “late”.

  • Events

The engagement party, shower, bachelor and bachelorette parties, rehearsal dinner, welcome drinks and day-after brunch, or your own. Each with its guest list and replies, its budget line and its tasks.

  • Notes & decisions

A log of what you decided and when, with the reason if you want it, beside a notebook of pinned notes. Both of you, one record.

  • Vows

A private page for each of you. Your partner can’t read yours, not even in the app. A reading view for the day, a speaking time as you write, and a card-sized PDF.

Ever after

The trip, and the thank-yous.

  • Honeymoon

Where you’re going, the bookings (on the budget, so nothing is missed), your travel documents with a passport reminder, and every day of the trip laid out.

Planning it as a surprise? Your partner sees only the dates, what to pack and when to be ready.

  • Gifts & thank-yous

What each guest gave, and a switch for when their thank-you card has gone out. The list you come back to after the day.

Made for the two of you.

One wedding, two logins. Your partner joins with a code you give them, and from then on you’re equal: both of you see and change everything, and every item says who added it and who changed it last.

  • Fourteen themes, each with its own pictures behind your dashboard
  • A dashboard that grows as your plans fill in
  • Anything late or due this week, brought to you
  • Works on your phone, so you can plan from the sofa
