Every wedding starts with a free 21-day trial, so you can try everything before paying anything.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Your plan stops renewing, and you keep everything until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Getting Your Money Back
- Where the law gives you a right to cancel and get your money back, you have it. In the European Union and the United Kingdom, for example, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of first paying for a plan.
- Everywhere else, payments already made aren’t refunded, but cancelling stops any further payments.
- Mistakes are always put right: if you were charged twice, or charged after cancelling, you’ll get that money back wherever you live.
How To Ask
Write to us at hello@christinaolivia.wedding, or reply to the receipt from our payment provider. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, usually within a few days of being approved.
